Steve Kell received an A.A.S. in Electronic Technology in 1991 from Piedmont Virginia Community College, graduating summa cum laude. Steve also has certificates of study in microprocessor technology from the National Radio Institute (1981), customer service from American Management Association(1979), and professional selling skills from Xerox Corporation(1980). After successfully operating his own business for twenty years Steve joined the MARC in 2000, bringing his Renaissance man approach to automation projects.
